Fiscal Impact on Small Businesses
Total costs for small businesses will be the same as prior to the enacting of the rule. The rule simply lays out the process for submitting statutorily required reports to the Securities Division. The fiscal impact on the regulatory agency will also be zero as the rule does not place any additional burdens on the Securities Division.
