Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 13, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Gaming Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1600-East Tower, Executive Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Gaming Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule amending 68 IAC 1-1-57 to update the definition of "Key Person", amending 68 IAC 2-2 regarding supplier licensing, repealing several sections of 68 IAC 7 that duplicate or contradict procedural laws, and making numerous administrative, ministerial, and technical changes.

The Indiana Gaming Commission has the authority to promulgate rules in accordance with the requirements of IC 4-33 and IC 4-35. It is estimated that zero small businesses in the gaming industry would be affected by this rule. The proposed rule would not impose any requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Gaming Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1600-East Tower and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
