Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds
312 IAC 22-4 to govern licenses for activities in cemeteries to probe for fallen grave memorials, to recover grave memorials, and to restore them. Questions concerning the proposed rule amendments may be directed to Stephen Lucas at (317) 232-4699 or slucas@nrc.in.gov. Statutory authority:
