Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Suite 224, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #09-08) to amend the IURC's administrative rules by consolidating existing rules and adding rules for resolving disputes between utilities and customers.

The proposed rules will affect all gas, electric, water and sewer utilities that are subject to the jurisdiction of the IURC. Most of the costs of the proposed rule already existed under the existing rules. The proposed rule will result in savings of time and money for both the commission and utilities in Indiana.

Copies of any referenced data, studies, or analysis are now on file and available to be inspected and copied at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
