This notice is published in accordance with
IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under
IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-412, posted at
20081126-IR-440080412PRA, on November 26, 2008, was adopted by the director of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction on July 24, 2009. The rule was approved by the Family and Social Services Administration Committee on October 13, 2009. This rule adds
440 IAC 10 to implement rules based on P.L.130-2007, including establishing definitions, certification standards and procedures for opioid treatment facilities, specific approval standards and procedures for opioid treatment programs, operational standards for opioid treatment programs, and standards of competent practice for opioid treatment programs. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on November 26, 2008.
