Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 10, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 3.6-1 through 410 IAC 3.6-6 to add new definitions, modify the selection of vendor procedures, modify department sanctions, update and modify minimum stocking requirements, and modify documents incorporated by reference.

The ISDH has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-19-3-5 and IC 16-35-1.5-6. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Legal Affairs, Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
