IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
This proposed rule repeals
865 IAC 1-13 concerning continuing education and
865 IAC 1-14 concerning continuing education providers and adds
865 IAC 1-15 to establish the continuing education requirements for registered land surveyors, to establish the requirements for continuing education providers, to establish the requirements and procedures for distance learning continuing education providers and registered land surveyors, and to establish the requirements for reactivation of an inactive license. Upon review, the State Board of Registration for Land Surveyors has determined that this rule has no fiscal impact on small businesses. The rule does not impose requirements, restrictions, or sanctions on small businesses and has no fiscal impact, direct or collateral, on small businesses or the small business community.
