TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #09-202, posted at 20090603-IR-405090202PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on July 9, 2009. This rule adds 405 IAC 1-10.5-5 to set forth Medicaid reimbursement policy associated with specified hospital acquired conditions. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on June 3, 2009.
