Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 24, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fifth floor, Advisory Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Attorney General for the State will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 10 IAC 3 regarding tort claims against the state to include statutory changes to IC 34-13-3-3, and other technical changes.

These rules will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fifth floor and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
