TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: The rule will add and amend rules governing tuberculosis control in deer, elk, and other cervidae, including requirements to move animals into and within the state, testing standards and requirements, identification of animals and premises, record keeping requirements, classification of animals and herds, recognition of area tuberculosis designations, and procedures for suspect, exposed, and positive animals. The rule will make other substantive and technical changes in the law of tuberculosis control. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
