Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
515 IAC 1,
515 IAC 3,
515 IAC 4,
515 IAC 8,
515 IAC 9,
515 IAC 10, and
515 IAC 12 to revise certain requirements for valid teacher and administrative licensure and to make technical changes. Repeals portions of
515 IAC 1,
515 IAC 3,
515 IAC 4,
515 IAC 8,
515 IAC 9,
515 IAC 10, and
515 IAC 12 to reduce teacher and administrative licensure requirements and transitions three separate sets of licensure rules to one set of licensure rules for all applicants. Statutory authority:
