IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Repeals and amends sections of
170 IAC 7 regarding telephone utilities to comply with
IC 8-1-2.6-4.1. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to Abby R. Gray (317) 232-6744. Statutory authority:
