Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: To provide standards for the disclosure of certain minimum information about annuity contracts to protect consumers and to foster consumer education and to otherwise implement IC 27-1-12.6-7. Written comments should be addressed to Meggan Brumbaugh, Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. Statutory authority: IC 27-1-12.6-7.
