IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of Attorney General for the State intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
10 IAC 3 regarding tort claims against the state to include statutory changes to
IC 34-13-3-3. Makes other technical changes. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Susan W. Gard, Deputy Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General, 302 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority:
