Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 22, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Suite 220, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #09-02, LSA Document #09-212) to amend the Commission's current rule governing ex parte contacts.

No requirement or cost is imposed on a regulated utility under this rule.
