Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: To set forth procedures for the establishment and collection of an administrative fee to cover the department's expenses in creating or maintaining, or both, the residential mortgage transactions electronic database required by
IC 27-7-3-15.5(b), to allow closing agents to retain a portion of the fee to cover costs for inputting information into the database, and to otherwise implement
