Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 12, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at One North Capitol Avenue, First Floor Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Education Savings Authority will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to repeal rules concerning the Family College Savings Trust Program Procedures and Operations.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Education Savings Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 444 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
