Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 5-2-3 concerning the applicability of the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress Program. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-32-5-22.
