Adds 20 IAC 3-2-7 to provide that the electronic submission of information that meets the requirements of 40 CFR 3 satisfies the requirement for standards under IC 13-14-13-2(1). Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.



SECTION 1. 20 IAC 3-2-7 IS ADDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

20 IAC 3-2-7 Electronic submission of information

Sec. 7. Electronic submission of information that meets the requirements of 40 CFR 3 shall be deemed to satisfy the standards referred to in IC 13-14-13-2(1).
