Standards for Medicaid Payment for Institutional Providers
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning publishes this notice to withdraw the notice filed on December 24, 2008, DIN:
20081224-IR-405080943NRA. The proposed reduction of 5% to the reimbursement methodology for Medicaid services provided by enrolled institutional providers, which includes inpatient hospitals, nursing facilities, nonstate owned intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs/MR), and community residential facilities for the developmentally disabled (CRFs/DD) is withdrawn.
