IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5. The proposed rule only clarifies the type of containers and labeling that are permitted for use by end users of pesticides. The proposed rule allows for greater flexibility and convenience to the end user of the pesticide. Therefore, no new requirements are being created.
