Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 3, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., at the Ohio County Emergency Services Building, 121 South High Street, Rising Sun, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 5-7-10 to establish a revised idle zone on Laughery Creek in Dearborn County and Ohio County.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs on any small business under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

A copy of the data, studies, or analyses relied upon under IC 4-22-2-24(d)) is available for inspection at the Natural Resources Commission, Division of Hearings, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 (Attention: Sandra Jensen).
