IC 4-22-2-23, the Regulated Amusement Device Safety Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
685 IAC 1 to update standards, amend definitions, revise administrative provisions and technical requirements, and correct typographical errors. Written public comments are invited and may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:
