This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-602, posted at 20090107-IR-405080602PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on February 4, 2009. This rule amends 405 IAC 2-1-2 to describe the institutions that qualify for a capital component rate add-on, the calculation of a capital component rate add-on, and the funding exemptions that apply to the capital component rate add-on. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on January 7, 2009.
