TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION Agency Correction LSA Document #09-138(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, replaces the following inaccurate references to statutes in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 312 IAC 5-11-3, delete "IC 14-15-3-8" and insert "IC 14-15-3-10".
