Notice of Rule Adoption

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-278, posted at 20080813-IR-470080278PRA, was adopted by the director of the Division of Family Resources on January 12, 2009. This rule repeals 470 IAC 2-1-2 and amends 470 IAC 6 to make other numerous changes to the rules. It also allows for the acceptance of electronic signatures on food stamp applications. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on August 13, 2008.
