This notice is published in accordance with
IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under
IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-203, posted at
20081217-IR-470080203PRA, was adopted by the director of the Division of Family Resources on January 12, 2009. The rule amends
470 IAC 10.3-2-1 to allow the Division of Family Resources to accept electronic signatures; amends
470 IAC 10.3-2-3 to allow the Division of Family Resources to conduct the reinvestigation interview of eligibility for the temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) cash assistance program and Medicaid by mail, by phone, or in person; and amends
470 IAC 10.3-10-1 to exempt adults caring for a disabled household member from the TANF IMPACT program. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on December 17, 2008.
