TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION Agency Correction LSA Document #09-64(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, replaces the following inaccurate references and corrects the following typographical, clerical, and spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 312 IAC 6-1-3(d), delete "propriety" and insert "property". (2) In 312 IAC 6-3-3(b), delete "310 IAC 20-1-20" and insert "312 IAC 22-1-14". (3) In 312 IAC 6-3-3(b), delete "310 IAC 20" and insert "312 IAC 22". (4) In 312 IAC 6-3-3(b), delete "310 IAC 19" and insert "312 IAC 21". (5) In 312 IAC 6-5-3(b), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25". (6) In 312 IAC 6-5-5(b), delete "310 IAC 12" and insert "312 IAC 25".
