Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #08-430(F), posted at 20090114-IR-068080430FRA:

(1) In 68 IAC 6-1-10(b), after "if", insert "it".

(2) In 68 IAC 6-1-10(b)(1), before "is", delete "it".

(3) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b), after "of", insert "the following".

(4) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b)(1), before "following", capitalize "the".

(5) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b)(1)(A), delete "one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the first violation;", insert "One thousand dollars ($1,000) for the first violation.".

(6) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b)(1)(B), delete "two thousand dollars ($2,000) for the first [sic] violation;", insert "Two thousand dollars ($2,000) for the second violation.".

(7) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b)(1)(C), delete "four thousand dollars ($4,000), for the third and any subsequent violations;", insert "Four thousand dollars ($4,000), for the third and any subsequent violations.".

(8) In 68 IAC 13-2-1(b)(2), before "amount", capitalize "the".

(9) In 68 IAC 13-2-2(2)(B), delete "and participate fully in the proceeding".

(10) In 68 IAC 13-2-11(b)(2), before "affirmative", delete "the".
