This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-195, posted at 20080514-IR-405080195PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on January 9, 2009. This rule amends 405 IAC 2-1-2 to describe the form of the initial interview and the reinvestigation interview and to allow for the acceptance of electronic signatures on applications. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on May 14, 2008.
