SECTION 1. 20 IAC 3-2-7 IS ADDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

Affected: IC 5-24; IC 13-14-13-2

Sec. 7. Electronic submission of information that meets the requirements of 40 CFR 3 shall be deemed to satisfy the standards referred to in IC 13-14-13-2(1).
