Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 12, 2009, at 8:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E418, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Board of Accounts will hold a public hearing on proposed rules at
20 IAC 3-2-7, which provide that electronic information submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management that meets the requirements of the federal Cross Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR) found at 40 CFR 3 meet the standards required under
IC 13-14-13-2.
The State Board of Accounts has the authority to adopt this rule under
IC 5-24-3-4. The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Legal Counsel, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Thirteenth Floor East and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
