Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Private Investigator and Security Guard Licensing Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 874 IAC 1 concerning private investigators and security guards to implement the requirements of SEA 506, P.L.185-2007.
