Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
105 IAC 9-4 to update definitions and terms so as to increase the number of businesses that may participate in the specific service sign program on interstates and freeways and to update the specific service sign program with respect to federal requirements in the current edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
