Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
68 IAC 2-7-1 to include patron counting systems in the list of associated equipment. Amends
68 IAC 15-6 regarding procedures and standards for tracking ingress and egress of patrons onto and out of riverboats. Repeals
68 IAC 15-6-3. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Philip Sicuso, General Counsel, Indiana Gaming Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1600-East Tower, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority:
