Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 3.2 to add and modify definitions and limited health care services included in the health care service package. Adds autism as an eligible medical condition and adds criteria to define coverage for the condition. Amends 410 IAC 3.2-9-1 regarding travel reimbursement for program participants. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, Human Health and Operational Services Commission, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-19-3-5; IC 16-35-2-7; IC 16-35-2-10.
