Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Library and Historical Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals and replaces 590 IAC 1 and will contain an effective date to inform libraries when the new rule becomes effective, and an effective date when the prior rule is repealed. The rule may encompass definitions, public library eligibility to receive state funds, minimum standards and library compliance, Interlibrary loan, Indiana document depositories, and depository library rules. Statutory authority: IC 4-23-7.1-24.

For purposes of IC 4-22-2-28.1, the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule is:
