Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Library and Historical Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 590 IAC 1 to delete references to Library Service Authorities and INCOLSA and incorporate an expiration date for 590 IAC 1. Amends 590 IAC 1-1-0.6 and 590 IAC 1-1-2.5. Repeals 590 IAC 1-2.5. Statutory authority: IC 4-23-7.1-24.

For purposes of IC 4-22-2-28.1, the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule is:
