Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 27, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., at the Mounds State Park Visitor Center, 4306 Mounds Road, Anderson, Indiana; AND on January 27, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., at the Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area Offices, 7970 South Rowe Street, Edinburgh, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold public hearings on amendments to 312 IAC 6 for navigable waters and to 312 IAC 10 for nonnavigable waters to address general licenses and individual licenses for the extraction of sand, gravel, rock, and slab rock.

All requirements or costs imposed by the rule amendments on regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) are reasonably necessary for the implementation of IC 14-28-1 and IC 14-29-1.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
