Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Accounts intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 20 IAC 3-2-7 to provide that the electronic submission of information that meets the requirements of 40 CFR 3 is acceptable to the State Board of Accounts. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
