Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 20, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. EST, at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 220, Room 224, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #07-06, LSA Document #08-670) to amend 170 IAC 1-5 regarding the minimum standard filing requirements for a rate case to be decided on an expedited basis.
This proposed rule updates and clarifies the procedures and the requirements of the minimum standard filing requirements rule. This rule sets a specified time frame of 10 months for completion of a rate case if the electing utility submits the required supporting documentation. This proposed rule does not impose any costs not already required under state regulations and may reduce administrative costs for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission as well as the regulated utilities. Copies of the submitted cost information are now on file at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
