Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 26, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., in the Learning Resource Center, Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, 5402 Sugar Grove Road, Plainfield, Indiana, the Law Enforcement Training Board will hold a public hearing concerning a proposed amendment to raise the minimum number of hours an officer must satisfactorily complete each year, of in-service training, to 24 hours.

This proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Learning Resource Center, Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, 5402 Sugar Grove Road, Plainfield, Indiana and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
