Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Advisory Board of the Division of Professional Standards intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 515 IAC 9-1-29 concerning the requirements for fees for teacher licensing applicants and specifies that collected funds go into the licensing fund. Repeals 515 IAC 1-2-19. Effective February 1, 2010. Statutory authority: IC 20-28-2-6.
