IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The Children's Health Insurance Program has reviewed the proposed rule to determine the economic impact of this rule amendment on small businesses. The Children's Health Insurance Program has determined, based on the information available at the time of the rule promulgation, that the proposed rule does not have an economic impact on small businesses. This rule adds a new group of eligible children into the program; small business such as doctor's offices or family owned pharmacies may benefit from the passage of the proposed rule, but those small businesses are not the primary focus of this rule amendment.
