Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Auctioneer Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 812 IAC 1-1-35 to establish fees charged by the commission, including fees for application, issuance, and renewal of auctioneer licenses, auction house licenses, and auctioneer company licenses, examination for licensure to practice as an auctioneer, reciprocal applicants, duplicate licenses and pocket cards, certification of licensure, and licensure reinstatement.
