IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5. The proposed rule is simply the establishment by rule of the requirements and procedures for renewal of commercial applicator certification, private applicator certification, and technician registration to use pesticides that have been administered by agency policy for over 20 years.
