Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Real Estate Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 876 IAC 2-18-1 and 876 IAC 3-2-7 to provide that the Indiana Real Estate Commission and the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board will charge and collect $20 for the investigative fund under IC 25-34.1-8-7.5 for the issuance and renewal of a real estate salesperson license, real estate broker license, Indiana licensed trainee appraiser license, Indiana licensed residential appraiser license, Indiana certified residential appraiser license, and Indiana certified general appraiser license.
