This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-186, posted at 20080611-IR-405080186PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 7, 2008. This rule sets forth Medicaid reimbursement methodology for payment of blood factor products used during inpatient hospital admissions. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on June 11, 2008.
