Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 1-5 to update and revise the minimum standard filing requirements for a rate case to be decided on an expedited basis. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
