Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Dentistry intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 828 IAC 0.5-2-7 concerning fees for a dental hygiene anesthetic permit.
